Before you connect.
- Does this replace Google Analytics?
- No. It reads from the GA4 property you already have. Nothing about your setup changes, and if you leave, you lose nothing.
- What permissions do you need?
- Read-only access to Google Analytics. We can't change your configuration, delete data, or see anything outside Analytics.
- Is my data stored?
- We keep aggregated numbers in a short-lived cache so dashboards load fast. We never store raw visitor data. Your Google tokens are stored encrypted.
- How fresh is it?
- Hourly on Free, every 30 minutes on Starter, every 15 on Pro. The real-time view updates every minute on every plan.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Open Settings and we hand you to our payment provider's billing portal, where you cancel. You keep full access until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
