1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Calm Analytics ("the Service"), operated by CalmAnalytics ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Ourense, Galicia, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Calm Analytics is a web analytics dashboard that connects to your Google Analytics 4 properties and presents your data in simplified, easy-to-understand dashboards. We do not collect analytics data ourselves — we read and display data from your existing GA4 account.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account and authorize access to your Google Analytics 4 properties. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring you have the right to access the GA4 properties you connect

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Calm Analytics offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing, invoicing, and tax handling is managed by Paddle.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to violate the privacy of others

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your GA4 data solely to display it in your dashboards. We do not sell, share, or use your analytics data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

8. Google API Services

Calm Analytics uses Google API Services to connect to your GA4 account. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CalmAnalytics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your analytics data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GA4 data will always be available or accurate. Data accuracy depends on Google Analytics 4.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your cached data will be deleted from our systems.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ourense, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
