Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with Calm Analytics for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@calmanalytics.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• The reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued through Paddle, our payment processor, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You will retain access to free-tier features but will lose access to paid features for the remainder of the original billing period.
